Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A:Using US Postal Service Priority Mail, you should receive your package within two weeks. International shipping could take as long as 4 weeks. We also have FedEx Next Day and
FedEx 2nd Day shipping available. These are shipped out within one business day of your order.
Q: What do you charge for shipping?
A:We charge $4.30 shipping for the first item and $1.65 for each additional item if shipped within the U.S. Click here for international shipping charges. FedEx rates are based on shipping zones. You can view the rates for your order during the checkout process.
Q: What if I don't like something, or it breaks during shipping.
A:Your complete satisfaction is very important to us! We guarantee that if you do not like your merchandise, or it is broken, you can return it and get your money back. This 100% satisfaction money-back guarantee is good for 30 days.
Q: How do I cancel an order?
A:If you need to cancel your order, simply e-mail us at service@cafepress.com. Please include the invoice number of the item that you would like to cancel to insure accuracy.
Q: I do not live in the United States. May I still buy merchandise?
A:You sure can! We ship merchandise all over the world!
Q: What is the printing process used on the t-shirts?
A: We use a dye sublimation printing process for mugs and mousepads and
digital transfers for all apparel. These processes are similar in quality
to screen printing, with no image cracking, peeling or fading.
Q: May I get T-shirts in colors other than white?
A:Unfortunately, we have not yet found a way to print a good quality product on a dark background. We certainly would love to offer colors other than white and ash grey, and will continue to search for a means to do so while maintaining superior quality.
Q: What about XXL T-shirts?
A: We offer 2X, 3X and 4X shirts.
Q: May I pay by check or money order?
A:Absolutely! To place an order using a personal check or money order, purchase your products online as if paying by credit card. When prompted to enter your credit card number, simply check the box marked "Pay by Check or Money Order" and click continue. Once you complete your order, you will be given an Order Number and shown a final receipt page. Print and mail this page
with your payment to:
