Mash in @ 156F for 30 mins. Boost back to 154F for 40 mins. Boost to
168F over 10 mins. Single batch sparge. Open Ferment.
2/21 -Transferred to carboys.
4/12 - Bottled 5 gallons with 90 gm sucrose.
4/27 - Bottled 5 gallons with 100 gm sucrose.
 
Mix is equal parts of the bittering hops.
